DIRECT ANSWER

How does artwork become a production-ready plush toy?

A two-dimensional design must be translated into patterns, volume, fabrics, embroidery, filling and assembly. Yiliuba supports project review, material suggestions, pattern making, embroidery, first sampling, revisions, pre-production confirmation, bulk production and packing checks.

PROJECT REVIEW

Four questions to resolve before sampling

Clarifying the variables that affect appearance, cost and timing reduces avoidable revision rounds.

01

Character proportion

Define front, side and back silhouettes and the facial, outfit and accessory details that must remain recognizable.

02

Material and hand feel

Match fabric, filling and trims to target price, size, use and destination market.

03

Craft execution

Assess embroidery, print, panels, 3D parts and small accessories for production and durability.

04

Production consistency

Consider sewing paths, tolerance, shaping and inspection while the sample is being developed.

HOW IT WORKS

A clear path from quote to delivery

Every stage depends on confirmed information. Complex structures, special materials and multi-accessory projects are scheduled separately.

  1. 01

    Project review

Confirm artwork, size, quantity, destination market and target delivery.

  2. 02

    Materials and quote

Break down the construction and propose material and cost options.

  3. 03

    Pattern and sample

Create patterns, embroidery and the first physical prototype.

  4. 04

    Revision and approval

Adjust proportion, structure, color, hand feel and accessories.

  5. 05

    Bulk production

Schedule after the sample, materials, packing and QC requirements are approved.

  6. 06

    QC and delivery

Complete product, needle and packing checks before shipment.

PROJECT BRIEF

What to include in a quote request

The more complete the brief, the more accurate the construction review, quote and schedule. Existing artwork is enough for an initial review.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first

These are general references. Materials, price, MOQ and timing are confirmed for each project.

01Can you review a single front-view drawing?

Yes, for an initial assessment. Side, back, color and construction references are usually needed before an accurate sample can be completed.

02Can I approve a prototype before placing the bulk order?

Yes. The prototype confirms appearance, materials and craft before quantity, packing and the production schedule are finalized.

03Why can the same design receive different quotes?

Size, fabric, embroidery area, accessory count, packing, order volume and inspection requirements all affect cost.

04Can you protect an unreleased character design?

Yes. An NDA can be signed before development, and artwork, samples and project information can be limited to project use.
