This policy explains how Yiliuba handles website inquiries, artwork files and contact information.

1. Scope

This policy applies to inquiries and files submitted through 168plushtoys.com, cn.168plushtoys.com and their English-language pages.

2. Information we collect

We may collect your name, company or brand, email, phone or messaging account, product type, estimated quantity, destination market, target date, project description and any artwork or reference file you choose to upload. To verify inquiry attribution, we also save the landing-page URL without its query or fragment, page language, UTM source, medium and campaign, and the server submission time. We do not save the full query string, referrer or browsing history.

3. Why we use it

We use this information to identify and answer inquiries, assess product structure and processes, prepare quotation and sampling guidance, continue project communications, and protect the website and inquiry system.

4. Storage and service providers

Depending on the website entry point, hosting, file-storage and email-notification providers may process information in or outside mainland China. Inquiries submitted through the China site are first stored on a mainland China server; necessary contact details and an inquiry summary may be sent to the company mailbox through an email provider.

5. Retention and security

We retain information only for inquiry handling, production assessment, cooperation management and applicable legal requirements. We use access controls, least-privilege permissions and backups. Do not submit unrelated identity documents, payment passwords or other highly sensitive information through the inquiry form.

6. Files and confidentiality

Customer files are not used for unrelated public display. Projects requiring stronger confidentiality can be covered by a separate NDA before complete design materials are shared.

7. Website analytics and cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and cookies or similar technologies to measure page views, scrolling and outbound clicks. After an inquiry is saved, the generate-lead event includes the form name, landing-page URL without its query or fragment, page language, UTM source, medium and campaign, and the server submission time. It excludes names, email addresses, phone numbers, files and inquiry text. You can decline optional analytics on your first visit without affecting the website or inquiry form. Google may process analytics data outside mainland China.
